I used to make homemade pizza. My philosophy about pizza is the simpler it is the better.
I’d use extra yeast for a fluffy crust.
It always tasted better than from a restaurant.
I can’t swallow well enough to eat pizza now. I need to try and remedy the situation.
Its deep dish with sauce on top and cheese and toppings underneath. @LilyoftheValley shows a good link to what Chicago style is. Its very good.

Yes, there is one in my town. Its very good pizza.
That was the first pizza I had in Chicago. Friends wanted my first dinner to be amazing. It was!
