Haven’t gotten even a minute of sleep. It’s almost 4am and I work at 6:30am. Not sure how I’m gonna function at work but I can’t afford to miss work. Let’s see how this goes. I don’t drink coffee or tea so I won’t be relying on caffeine

Hopefully you’ll be okay,maybe say to your doctor if you have difficulties sleeping

Make sure to stay hydrated maybe. A fair amount of water. Dehydration can drain your energy levels. If you dont drink coffee or tea maybe a soda or 2 might help(I dont drink coffee or tea either but a couple diet mountain dews usually help me to wake up)
