I’m saving this to my phone, it might be worth bringing up with my pdoc. I know I’ve said that olanzapine is working really well (and it is) but I’m really worried about developing diabetes down the line

Maybe a switch to Risperdal? I tried it before in the past and it didn’t really help, but I can’t remember what dose I was on

I am on 6mg risperdal.

This was a while ago so don’t quote me on it, but I think I was only ever on like 1mg

I always mix up Risperdal and Risperidone. My mind can’t seem to keep track of which is name brand and which is generic. Risperdal is the generic right?

Risperdal is the name, risperidone is the chemical.

So that would make it risperidone when you buy it generic. I had it backwards.
