seeing people out my door who like to diminish me by reading my thoughts and then manipulating them by speaking to me and I don’t know how they do it, it must be something they’ve put in me because I mean idk why but the world feels so fake it’s like they are god but I mean probabilities suggest I’m making this up my doctors just say I am suffering from anxiety with psychosis but he’s just under the order from them sorry if this sounds stupid just kinda need to post somewhere and no one understand things anywhere else except here but you guys are probably them too so yeah

The thought broadcasting issue usually goes away with good treatment and good diet.
The good diet part is where people usually mess up, they end up eating processed foods that make their body and brain acidic, but they’re too tasty to give up, so the problem repeats itself and desperation mounts.
Here is an article from Scientific American about how schizophrenia is probably a brain acidity problem.

Okay well hate to shun things and deem myself unfit for that as I am quite strict on my diet as i am deeply into fitness, thanks for the response sorry if I seem to be making things up
Your pH drops when you exercise, which makes an alkaline diet even more essential to keep blood pH high. I’ve heard that endurance increases, and recovery time decreases, on an alkaline diet also.
I’ve gone through the thought broadcasting experience, and it’s quite hellish. Things are more in control now with my dietary tweaks, but it won’t be perfect until I get my alkaline water machine in a few weeks.

I had thought broadcasting / telepathy. It went away when I was put on meds. It’s not real. You need to listen to your doctors.

Already on some meds but maybe need to discuss this new experience to them. Sorry to hear you went through the same thing, hope things are alright now it is hellish indeed
