Agreed. Even though I was in university i was still isolated in my early 20s

I have never done well when it comes to F2F social interaction. From my late teens to mid 20s most of my social interaction with others came when I was a psychiatric inpatient . My wife and I had few interactions with others , that weren’t family members.
