You’ve got a partner, amazing kids, you’ve demonstrated that you’ve got your stuff together in so many areas, and you’re moving forward so well. When you look at this picture you should feel great because it is the start of your growth journey. Reframe this and make it something that lifts you up.

I looked way older as a teen. This was me on my 14th or 15th birthday im pretty sure haha. I was well over 6ft tall at like 13 years old lol. People wouldn’t believe my age.

Yeah I was pretty good. Skated most my teens until I got too sick to skate. One of my bigger regrets is that I didn’t get as far as I could have skating. I lost it all to schizophrenia.

Yeah I’m stable now and thankfully I’m over the skating bug. Took to my mid thirties to get where I’m not wanting to try and skate again. I got some long boards a few years ago but broke my arm. At 38 weighing 260 I’m pushing it doing any action sport lol. Here’s a picture of my arm the day after the wipe out.
Also when it was healing. No real dreams these days. I have other interests though.
