I read cultural news more than anything. Health would be next. and then maybe Politics.

Not forgotten to thank you for your links to latest news on schizophrenia.

What are examples of cultural news? You mean celebration of festivals?

I like to keep up to date with native american issues. Stuff that deals with racism or corruption. Sometimes just browse through pictures of powwows or reading about different cultures in Africa. Its a pretty extensive hobby.

I tend to check world news, health, and entertainment. I try to keep up with finance and technology but not as much as the other three categories.

Frankly, I avoid the news for the most part. I read about animals, especially dogs and wild animals, and gardening. I don’t always, but I do best to avoid anything to do with news about technology and the government and anything suggesting " controlling" populations or individuals (you’d be surprised what counts as doing this in my head, but things from health to celebrity to food sources and more) as those are areas of concern for me. I’d like to be better informed at times but getting worked up isn’t good for me or anyone else and the news generally has potential for doing that.

I always read the local news. I like to at least try to know what’s going on in the world around me.

I like the NY times on-line or the London Times on line.

I read the local and state news the most.
