Schizophrenia is not a disease. It can be caused by a diseased brain or a damaged brain, but it can be caused by a lot of other things too and I think it usually are those other things. Some of those things are bad diet, drugs, demonic spirits, brainwashing, being abused and tortured, poison in the atmosphere, the government, and some other things. I was reading something recently that black metal music can cause symptoms like schizophrenia.
Yes and no.
Think of it this way: you have inherited a rare genetic adaptation which is starting to look more like an evolutionary leap than chance mutation.

Disability. Disease -no. Itâs not caused by germs and canât be cured with medicine or vaccine.
According to google a disease is:
âa disorder of structure or function in a human, animal, or plant, especially one that produces specific symptoms or that affects a specific location and is not simply a direct result of physical injuryâ
Seems to me that it easily fits that definition at least
Schizophrenia is an enigma wrapped in a riddle tied with a puzzle that is the most complicated thing in the world to figure out and the first person that ever recovers fully with no symptoms or problems whatsoever deserves a medal
Itâs interesting that we are so divided on this. The results are pretty much an even split. I call it a disorder, which to me is a subset of diseases. It helps me to take it seriously, instead of avoiding treatment because all I need is âwillpower.â Calling it a disease reminds me I need proper, ongoing treatment.
