I used to watch that cartoon when I was a boy in the early 2000’s.
I aim to sleep from 10pm til around 5:30am. Sometimes I wake up earlier, like when the kitten comes to molest my ears, or if Im stressed.
Of late, Ive needed Zopiclone to get off to sleep. 7mg, and within 30mins Im gone and will sleep through.
I used to have to sleep around 12 hours every night for years. But for a fair while now i only need like between 7 to 9 hours.
It varies. Somewhere between 4 and 9 hours usually. Maybe 7 hours on average.
I get as much as I can.
7 - 10 hours Im not quite sure tbh somewhere in that range.
Before clozapine I swear I was going into minus sleep hours ![]()
