That none of the above percentile is quite high which worries me, has all of these people been to a doctor and received their diagnosis??? I have a multiple diagnosis and I do more than one of above.

Some people here are caregivers. I should have had an option for undiagnosed/diagnosed.

I take a lot of different medications, and I’m feeling a lot better mentally yet physically I’m gaining weight from them and have horrible side effects from them sometimes. Especially impotence right now, I’m really embarrassed to mention things like this but it’s the cold hard truth. I have 12 different prescriptions for antipsychotics, antidepressants, pills to counteract the side effects of other pills, vitamins and nicotine gum. It’s a huge mess, they throw a lot of medication down my gullet at the va. BUT, I’ve started the ptsd therapy program which I’ve been trying to get into for years. I mean a lot of years, they finally caved and admitted I needed some therapy over the war and stuff. I’m happy to go through it but it reminds you a lot of bad experiences that happened in the past and you have to confront them.

The results are in, 83% of the people are on meds.

I stopped taking all my medication. Just needed a break with my own mind and myself.

Wellbutrin, Geodon, and Seroquel for me.

@Koari_akira , please see this thread

I voted previously apparently. I’m on two different antipsychotics-haloperidol and latuda. Also on antidepressants amitriptyline, mood stabilizer-lithium and anti anxiety- ativan. Plus other meds.

I’m not on any meds except to an anti convulsant which I’ve taken for 24 years for epilepsy. I have managed to get this drug down to below the officially required dose, because I have a feeling I don’t really need to be on it any more. I going to stop taking it one day and see what happens.

Not sure what I’m supposed to be taking from this, I honestly didn’t read the whole thing but the original post.

There’s a lot of advice for another person who tried to come off meds in the rest of that thread likes signs of relapse to watch out for etc.

Okay, thank you.
I’m sure I’ll be fine:) sometimes I need to embrace my symptoms and breath.
