Ultimately, I feel healthy, including my SZA.
I’m not very overweight, I don’t have diabetes or heart issues, lung issues or much pain outside of minor aches sometimes.
I’ve been walking more on the treadmill, I think most of us could do more for physical health. I know I need to.
But I think about when I wasn’t so healthy. Doing damage to my body, also tied to my mental health, or vise versa.
Massively overweight, not exercising, self medicating, diet was horrible. I’d had pneumonia, pink eye, colds or virus half the time. Immune system weakened because of poor self care.
Had to realize I was worth more than what I was becoming, had become.
I started eating healthier, working out, lost 40lbs. I feel healthier mind and body. And it took less work than I expected. It was hard sure, But not impossible, or as grueling as it first seems.
Let’s all keep working on being healthier!
No…
I wish I can say yes. But body is in pain, aching, falling apart. I want to cry.
As far as I know I’m healthy. Sometimes my stomach feels kind of tender, like it might have a leak in it. A long time ago a doctor told me I was bleeding internally. They did tests about it. My stools are often bloody, but I attribute that to hemaroids. Small problem.
Arthritis is taking over my body, pain everywhere
I’m glad that the majority of you so far feel healthy. I can’t say the same about myself, but it is encouraging that someone with this disease is doing OK. I started treatment back in 1994 and even though I complained much I’ll admit some positive things have happened since. I hope there are some “yes” respondents over 40.
I feel healthy. Tho on my clinic letter it said my biological age was higher than my chronological age (45), whatever the hell that means. I have the odd liver pain from years of past drinking, but 99% of the time my meds work and have no ailments. I cant complain
I feel ok, just ok. Have allot of side effects with my meds.
I feel healthier than I did a year ago. But I’m pretty far from healthy.
I just wish I could jog again that makes me healthy.
I think I’m susceptible to stroke hence one reason for my ‘crazy’ diet
Apart from the weight, which various people say I’m losing, but I have no scales to say how much, I’d say I’m averagely healthy for my age.
I’d be healthier if I could find a way of exercising more that takes into account the barriers to doing so that I’ve mentioned on other threads .
I’m struggling with a few health things at the moment so I voted ‘no’ but that could very well change as I get my act together health-wise.
