I started drinking a coca-cola, left the room without my coke, came back, took a sip, and noticed a piece of paper-like substance in my sip. I’m wondering if I’ve been poisoned or drugged..

Maybe the glass had a piece of paper stuck to it that came loose when you started drinking, it’s happened to me before.
I doubt you’re been poisoned or drugged; that only happens in movies or on TV.
