There is a scar that looks like mine on his wrist. I recently cut my wrist. This scares me. What should I make of this?
It’s a delusion. It’s nothing real which is why your even posting this in unusual beliefs. You know that it can’t happen. It’s just absurd. We aren’t professionals here and you aren’t moving forward with your symptoms. You need to talk to a professional with these very questions.

We are going in circles here @flowers20 . It’s been explained enough and not sure what your even trying to address? We don’t allow replies that confirm delusions. It’s problematic and it’s not appropriate. You need help that we cannot supply. It’s a delusion. You need to tell your treatment team about this whole North Korea thing. It will help lead you to better treatment.
