I think I’ve developed phobia of the night time where I need to sleep from 7 pm to 5 am to avoid the night. Last night I kept waking up and I wasn’t tired but I felt scared or something so I forced myself back to sleep. There’s something about me and the night now… I can’t bear to be awake during the night.

Lol idk if its like that. Maybe my circadian rhythm is weird and at 930 with the yankee game on in game 5 I just wanna sleep. Its probably my cats fault cuz he wakes me up at like 4 am.
