i have these two types of delusions all the time even with antipsychotic intake.there is no peace of a mind at all.there is no word can describe how hard this illness is.

Have U tried any type of therapy?

Ideally you’d need a combo of medicine and therapy together. Sorry your going through it. I also have such delusions…

I was only using one antipsychotic for about 22 years straight. And my Persecution delusions were always too much for me. Even changing dosages throughout the period also help. I can go up to such a high dose where my mind is clear but I am very lethargic and it’s very hard to get my mind and body moving. And then go to a lower dose to see how well I function. And high doses I learned what a clear mind without delusions is like. And on low doses I experience what it is like to be able to get my mind moving in my body moving. So I keep finding a sweet spot and adjusting the dosages with my psychiatrist as needed. Dosage changes also help tremendously.Then Abilify was added at a very low dose and I am now able to deal with them and continue on with my life. And also I started therapy about a year ago and have had complete success with it.
