Man i had kind of a shitty day too, i spent hours with customer service due to Java textbook issues… headache. And yesterday I did a really stupid thing. I powered off my PC during an Ubuntu installation. I thought it told me to restart but i think it said something else. anyways, i lost all my files and now have a clean USB installation of W10. I’m not too sad bc all i did on that computer was fart around, so no important files were lost, for the most part.

Yeah… shutting down during an update install is the only thing that has broken my win10 installations…

Got a new cat named marceline… her and gonz don’t get along at all, but they’re both alright… the territory dispute should resolves itself at some point…
She was a stray bugging my friends so I took her in and got her checked out. Now she’s just got to get over that feral versus non-sense in the face of gonzo… he’s at least 8 times her size. lol
she is small.

I’m right down the street from my old place. It’ different and I am still adjusting. I’ve already been cussed out and threatened by someone late at night right outside my door. once. The people are a little rougher here. It’'s OK, I might have another, nicer place lined up. Always good to explore your options. And I’m taking an academic music class. It covers from Jimi Hendrix to Hip-Hop. Good luck in your own classes. You might make some money there. It’s a respectable job.

i have an iPhone. i have an Android tablet, though.
ah tablet is even better… you can root it without losing communications… might be a good project for you.
I’m looking to try and get some android apps coded… it’s heavy on JAVA… unfortunately pretty inescapably.
I was looking to bypass the JAVA and just do the hard stuff with C++… but regarding User Interfaces the standard stuff is all in JAVA I believe.
Java mixed with XML. XML formats the interface, I think. I heard you could do some C++ but yeah like you said not ‘all the way’.
im glad i got my uncles iMac bc only on Mac can you code iOS apps. I’m probably learning Swift after this Java class.
