Some of my voices are kind hopefully I can repay their kindness, But a lot are cruel and don’t understand me or misunderstand me They take my intrusive thoughts and sometimes sabotage my thoughts so people can think negatively about me. I feel like I don’t have any privacy and only want peace of mind. Had people call me ugly even though I am not, and people call me a bitch even though I am always trying to be kind. I have people that I don’t know yell and shout at me. Why is my life any of their business.
Yep. I go through the same thing. I don’t understand if the people who are yelling at you are actually people or voices? Get called gay, hoe etc… I mind my own business. The voices make snarky comments and talk about suicide with me. They used to call me names.
Hi @roxanna have people think I think negatively of other people but I don’t. Today everything was going well when this woman heard me think something I didn’t mean and got so upset at me. I don’t want my thoughts to be read, just want privacy. I am afraid to turn into a bad person. Have people threaten me often.
