Peer mentoring

does anyone know anything about peer mentoring for mental health?

i think that you can get paid for doing it in usa but just voluntary here in uk :frowning:

I remember someone on here used to be a member of a thing called the Clubhouse. Someone else will have to fill you in.

My aspects have only been volunteering… However many mental health clients have become peer mental health aides in the mental health field that I’ve seen…

And paid gigs yes… I myself have not successfully worked a steady part tim schedule since my med change last year however I am being brought into opportunities currently still

My support worker knows how you become a peer. I will ask him the process. He wanted me to do it at one point.
