The head dude at the clubhouse asked me if I’d go on a trip south to learn about peer counseling
. paid for by them. Im excited.
i also gave a group guitar lesson today at the clubhouse. 2 students today 
i think it went well

I’ve been super invovled with clubhouse (seat on board of directors as member rep, delegate to the int’l convention) but mianly it was a place to go when otherwise all I had was hanging around friend’s apartments and drinking and smoking. I belong to one, the last in my state and a startup, but not as involved, just use it to get out of the house now and then and make conversation. I know there’s some excellent clubhouses out there as I’ve toured a few larger ones.

i reconnected with my old friend Tom on facebook. we used to cut school and steal the shops and climb the creek trees and rooves…
its part in reflection of those days that i chose the screen name…
even tho both he & i were as troubled as huck was in the twain books…
