When I was born, my parents over did it on pasta; pasta was cheap.

Parents are on a low income due to severe mental illness - genetics kicks in and a child or more within the family develops schizophrenia .

Just a thought.

I have non of the risk factors for schizophrenia unless you count my mom eating El Pollo Loco almost every day :wink: Maybe something was in the shrimp lol.

My parents were middle class. They encouraged us as kids and heaped praise on us which turned me into a bit of an egomaniac, but it may have helped to lessen the impact of the Sz. I’m a mild case.

Yes, my Dad was a narcissist. He taught me a little positive narcissism. Whatever it is, I believe I can get it to start one more time. No matter what it is, I can move it from here to there. And so on.
