Well my new job was going okay till Saturday and Sunday. It was busy both days and I ended up getting paranoid at work. It wasn’t as bad as my usual paranoia. I just kept myself distracted mostly.

Distractions are very useful
I remember when i was working feeling paranoid from time to time. I just had to keep telling myself that the subjects of my paranoia weren’t true. Also, distraction is a good tactic as you’ve just demonstrated yourself. Give yourself a pat on the shoulder. It isn’t easy working with sz, so you should think highly of yourself.
Stick at it! Your job will only get better it’s never easy starting a new job.
I’ve been getting paranoid every time it gets busy. I’m emailed my managers to let them know what’s going on and to see if I can work Monday thru Wednesday. If not I’ll have to quit.
I called my doctor too. I’m wondering if maybe a second antipsychotic would work.
