My worse symptom on invega was akathisia. Cogentin is a good drug to alleviate that. Had a bunch of other side effects as well but without cogentin or an anticholinergic that drug was unbearable.
I’m experiencing akathisia some of the time too. Pacing around the house and not being able to sit still.
