Ok. I understood this post. My arthritis isn’t too bad. But my injury in my wrist and forearm keep me from being able to play properly which means I can’t demonstrate. I no longer teach piano as a result.

According to my books i could be happy eating beans, get drunk on water and high on fresh air (something like this fantasy). There went something deeply wrong with my education. I want to be beautiful and don’t swear,drink and smoke. But i am a meateater and got bad traits. I have to reeducate myself whats important. At least i reached the stage of awareness and change my ways.
I Am Not So Sure About That Being A Doorway Into Any Form Of Enlightenment I’m Familiar With. Personally. But!, To Each His/Her Own The Past Shares Sometimes.

Step 0.2) Grab Essential Vitamins From The Sun. When He/She Is Out And Warming The Earth.
Step 0.3) Allow Yourself Some Peace & Quiet During Each Day & Night With Hopeful Meditation.
What a good idea. I did it all wrong. I drink all my liquids in the morning and take vitamin D with tablets cause i don’t go in sun. Maybe some exercise 3 times a day.
Its difficult to find the bliss of enlightenment as the medication blocking some of my chakras. I got some literature about it. I got to cleanse myself from all the alcohol,caffeine,thc and the chemicals in the tabbaco. In july i should be able to feel better. Its a battle i gave up on. But i try again.
