85% or so - but some negative symptoms and intrusive thoughts persist.
Meds work well in reducing positive symptoms but they work also very well for weight gain.

10%… Only thing that helps is seraquel and that just calms me and doesnt help paranoia. Clozaril didnt even help. One doctor said some ppl dont respond to meds and i may be one of those ppl
It’s a balance. Smallest possible dose to have greatest possible function.
That isn’t easy to find out and a lot of hassles getting there but after years it’s all good!
I don’t think geodon has been working at aLl No siree bob but maybe it’s just cuz the no sleep thing sleep’s always been the kicker for me
But I can’t really tell if this is psychosis from sleep deprivation or the demons leading an attack on me because this is a very vulnerable time period in life for me. (Did the harassment come first?? Or the insomnia…chicken or the egg…)I knew this summer would be trouble…not sure how to fix that…I tried to be good and go on meds beforehand and look what it gave me. No bad side effects, no effects at all! Not even good 
With the medication, I’m totally healthy and I have no symptoms at all! However, I have many unwanted side effects from the antipsychotic.
I’m a 70% kind of guy. Seems like a lot of us are!
