I can imagine the anticipation is palpable, like waiting for a an acceptance letter to a school, or finding out the sex of a baby.

Yea it’s a shared home with live in landlord that’s how I prefer it.
So that the place is looked after.
It’s reasonably priced for the location that’s another exciting thing
Plus
It’s not with like a huge number of tenants so not too shabby.

Be Very Careful when checking the place out, please. Especially if the landlord is a guy. Bring someone with you. When apartment hunting, I found several ads for living situations like this, and when i got there the guy was very clearly looking for a young girl to rent to for creepy reasons.
That said, i also had a great apartment with a live in landlord. It really depends on the situation.
