haha. i don’t know much about metal. never listened to much of it, but metallica is like the only metal i ever listen to. will have to check out slayer then. :+1:

Metallica has better songs. Slayer has better solos but sing meaningless, non-sequitur satanic lyrics.
I’m talking specifically about songs like reign in blood and south of heaven. Oooooooh demons, scary.

At the moment im much in to stoner rock like this. Got some Slayer+ Black Sabbath sound

I always liked alternative metal the best

It’s got a nice melodic feel and still that hard feel to it.

Reminds me of hip-hop in a way if you know what I mean

So of course I prefer Metallica to slayer

But some of my favorite metal bands go by the name of korn, System of a Down, saliva and tool. Just to name my top 5 :wink:

Haha…I’m with you matey. I never saw anything special about Metallica. Slayer…that was a different story not that I listened to them much but much more street cred.

If we’re going discography, I’ll pick Slayer over Metallica. But if we’re picking best album I’d have to do some mental calculus to decide between Reign in Blood and Master of Puppets haha.
