I cant handle work everything is getting linked and connected :sob:

Hope all get low down.

My thoughts are getting linked oneafter the other.

I feel entier team is against me.

But i dont care.

I have gone to work.

But even the work is getting linked :sob:

I dont want meds changed i got adjusted to it after so much struggle.

But have to meet doctor asap.

What do you want to discuss with your pdoc?

If you’re struggling you shouldn’t be afraid of a med adjustment.

I want to say that i sleep only for 3 to 4 hours and symptom s are getting worse.

Yes i will see a new doc and get it adjusted.

I trusted my old doc and the current doc just said to stop one of the meds no slow reduce i just stopped immediately. For anxiety and insomnia.

I feel so low its like sleeping eyes open

This happened to me in the weekend I slept very little and got nuts but i’m lucky that one of the horsepills I take at night puts me to sleep most of the time I think you should treat your insomnia so the symptoms get better or it could be withdrawals, I don’t know i’m not a doctor though. I hope you get things settled since i’ve seen you posting about this a lot recently and psychosis ain’t fun.

I know why all this is happened because of alcohol. But its been two weeks after i stopped.

My old doc told me alcohol just stays in body for 48 hours , i think that was in back of my mind and causing all these issues.

I dont know why doc said that to me and also psychologist told a story of death by self…

I dont know why they did do it :thinking:

I think they did not see any future in me.

I will dedicate a song for them A B C D E F U wow i forgot my name is A B C :thinking: now again things getting connected.

Some time i feel like i am a fool falling in smart people trap.

Alcohol makes symptoms worse I had to stop it although I still get tempted by it once in a while I feel so dumb for still wanting to use it. To quote Ozzy Osbourne ‘‘I’m the demon alcohol, I’ll get you’’.

I dont know if they use this term all over? but i heard it from my home town.
