it’s not often that you start the morning off without eating for if you do you are starving your brain of useful materials that would help your struggle and thought processing what I suggest a good hot oatmeal
I make oatmeal in the crockpot sometimes and leave it overnight so its ready in the morning. I use maple syrup as the sweetener.
I’ve been learning to do this exact same thing. I’ve been throwing in dried fruit and by morning it’s all plumpie.
Apple slices or chunks and pumpkin pie spice is good too.
We went camping this weekend and someone made oatmeal over the campfire. He put chopped walnuts and almonds over it. The crunch was nice.
You guys know bran is a toxin? We stick with sprouted grains. I become more symptomatic with bran. Still symptomatic without it, but, if I eat it I can guarantee a horrible hallucination.
I just google that and saw that its rice bran that is toxic. I’m not sure what that is. I eat oat bran.
If you delve deeper, it’s most bran, not just rice. It really doesn’t matter though, people have eaten it for years. I am not good today, sorry.
I thought oatmeal and fruit was a step up from potato chips, and 6 coffee’s for breakfast.
My sis is going to be so ticked when she finds out… but the other day… I just wasn’t in the mood for the fruit, yogurt, and scrambled eggs she gave me for breakfast… so when she went to work, I had ice cream sandwiches and coffee instead.
I didn’t feel so well after that… made sure to have a good lunch and decided not to have junk food for breakfast any more.
Could there be a confusion between bran and gluten?
I’ve never tried it so I could be totally wrong but, as one who is not a fan of oatmeal, oatmeal cooking in a crock pot all night sounds gross. Ewww, I get queasy just thinking about it.

Yes! Oatmeal with butter, raisins, brown sugar(or even white) and if it’s too hot, a little bit of milk.
