Now it’s Ozempic

First it was Mounjaro that made me feel sick and now it’s Ozempic.
These diabetes drugs made me lose a lot of weight.

Don’t know how I’m going to lose weight without these diabetes drugs.

Of course I mainly need them for blood sugar control as I am diabetic.

I gained 10 pounds in one week without Mounjaro.

My doctor is supposed to contact me soon. @everhopeful

That’s the problem with these drugs you need to continually take them to keep the weight off.

According to Google nausea is a common side effect.

I’m keeping my appetite at bay with Metformin and decaffeinated espresso and then calorie counting. (Ordinary decaffeinated coffee didn’t have the same effect)

These drugs basically simulate gastroparesis, thats why they make u feel sick. Its how they work.

I’ve been subscribed Wegovy. Local pharmacy has been unable to get it for the past 2+ weeks, so I haven’t gotten it yet.

In regards to coming off them and therefore inevitably gaining weight back, I’ll inevitably gain weight I wouldn’t otherwise because of APs. I feel like I’m fighting fire with fire, but what else is there to do?
