I probably should stop maintaining this list of people whom I have known and who have died since 2002. Maybe then I won’t be depressed. I think that good food helps too, because I just had a meal and after this I felt less depressed. Personally I like to be cheered up, feel good, but sometimes I get these paranoid and depressive episodes. I understand it is just one factor of our illness. I live alone and this loneliness causes depression sometimes, but it is good that I understand it and so I can counter any depressive episodes better.
