I am not surprised.
Ozempic and Wegovy are weaker Glp1 drugs.
Mounjaro/Zepbound is far more potent and superior overall as a diabetes, weight loss medication

Although weaker, Ozempic/Wegovy are still beneficial to one’s overall health.
If I remember correctly when I was on Ozempic my blood test results also improved.
