Every time I don’t hit my blood sugar goals, my doc says like “What would you think about increasing Ozempic?”

I realize I’m an outlier on this , but this stuff does nothing for me but make me ill. I totally hate it. I only am still on it because I’m taking my doctors advice to use it.

Then people say stuff like “Well are you dieting and exercising enough?” . It’s like, well wtf, if I was dieting and exercising enough to lose weight, I could lose weight without Ozempic. Isn’t this stuff supposed to help to lose weight on its own?

I could accurately say that if you pinch your nose three times before you eat and also diet and exercise enough, you can lose weight, and it would be accurate.

And I am so not a fan of having disgusting sulfur/rotten egg burps half the time either.
