I’m exhausted. I was yesterday and today. I’m too tired to function. I feel like the asenapine suddenly kicked in and I’m drugged but I asked the pharmacist and she said that it would have made me feel that way when I first started it. I don’t know why I’m so tired. I don’t know if it has something to do with my joint pain and abnormal blood tests or not. After a week of steroids, my joints are still stiff but they don’t hurt very bad thankfully.
It could be that you’re just tired from extra activities that you’ve been doing since you switched meds. But I don’t know.
Hopefully it’s just a little phase. That happens to me sometimes…I will have a few days under the weather without being able to pinpoint why
@everhopeful I hope it’s just from extra activity. But I’ve been doing more for almost 3 months now so it’s weird it would just now catch up with me.
@Mr_Hope I have to clean my sisters house and go see my therapist tomorrow so hopefully I feel better in the morning
Sorry you are so tired. I hope you feel better and more energetic.
Thanks @Sunlit 15
If it is an autoimmune disease, they often have what is referred to as flares. It’s flare ups of symptoms. It can be really exhausting, but usually goes away with rest and meds.
Be careful with steroids. They can cause your body to stop making its own if overused.
Ok. I did one week of steroids but don’t plan to use more until I see the specialist. I just don’t feel good at all.
I hope you feel better @LilyoftheValley. I hope the specialist has answers for you.
Thanks @HollyHobby
@LilyoftheValley so sorry you’re exhausted…I will send you happy thoughts.
Thanks @jukebox
