It has caffeine. If you eat too much chocolates at night you can’t get sleep
I’ve yet to have that happen. I go into a sugar coma and zonk out.
Chocolate has a little caffeine in it. The main psychoactive drug in chocolate is another drug in the same group as caffeine. That drug, the main intoxicant in chocolate, is theobromine, which literally means “food of the gods”.
In general, Chocolate makes people feel good.
