Thanks Love, I feel much better now, idk how i stepped so far into the dark side, its like it ambushed me and kicked my ass for a while,
I am looking forward to the future now, i want to try and paint some nice artwork and sell it.
p.s. i wish i had a fancy cup but my cups are just very cheap & boring lol

Have you got coping methods on things that can help you if you ever feel so down ?

I was once helped by writing a to do list .
I was a absolute mess and wasn’t coping and amazing I made it without being hospitalised.
To help me when I was spaced out n overwhelmed n traumatised etc I wrote a simple to do list but I wasn’t working but I needed to write down things like
Have breakfast , take me baby dog for wee , comb hair , wash face , brush teeth , have a nap , have lunch and do dishes , wee n
for dog watch a feel good tv show if I’m able enough , have dinner microwave meal if unable to cook , brush teeth , let dog wee out sleep .
I ticked off each task after completion .
Such as brushed teeth . Tick .
My coping strategies has changed throughout the years, now things have got worse with my ME affecting me more now, i try get out for coffee in the morning & do normal things.
I have lots of positive things i can draw on to try pull me out of a slump but sometimes its very dire & it feels like nothing is helping, this is when i start being that negative way, & it can get very dark.
Someone also reminded me that it comes from a very dark place. (the dark side) & I’m not wanting to feed that monster.
My main coping skill right now is to just try & get through it, lie down in my bed until i feel a bit better. make a few calls, post here, post on other places.
No coffee cause i just completed a juice fast
