No hope for me no life

thank you for vids
do you think surgery can trigger psychosis o wonder im scared someone mentioned that here

Surgery can trigger anxiety…

anxiety and stress can trigger short term psychosis and very rarely - longer term psychosis.

But your symptoms are mostly of anxiety and panic / stress. Get them treated and I think you’ll be fine. Please talk to your doctor and share all that you’ve shared here. I’m not a doctor.

I get that at night on most nights. I don’t know what to do when it happens. It simply makes me irritable. It looks sort of like a pornographic hell, maybe the brain is purging supressed memories or creating thought collages to regenerate from brain damage.

I’m not sure, but it’s endurable compared to other hard states of psychosis I have had to endure.

i can not sleep a wink my body is too tired but my brain seems too forget how too sleep is it sth to do with sz?

More than likely. With SZ, sleep problems can be frequent or infrequent. Some days my brain won’t let me experience more than 5 or 6 hours of sleep.

That sounds like anxiety to me. Have you given more thought to taking the medication your doctor prescribed? Perhaps you could start with a smaller amount, if you’re still worried about a reaction. But I think they would help you sleep.

i took clopramine 25 i felt too dizzy and my body fekt like jelly

Definitely ask your doctor for a lower dose if you can’t stand how you feel on the meds. But one thing to keep in mind: is taking the meds really worse than feeling like you want to kill yourself? Is feeling like jelly really so bad you would rather be paralyzed with anxiety every waking moment?

im like jelly and too confused and become slowminded like carrying my body around

When is your next doctor appointment?

There is always hope. try different medicines, talk about it, adjust. Don’t expect to be perfect but hold onto what you have. Time does heal, the initial shock is difficult. Accept yourself for how you are. Give it some time and work on it.

You said you feel dead. Can you expand on that? Do you actually believe you are dead or is it just a thought? Do you have other delusions like thinking you have no intestines? Are you eating and sleeping normally? Do you think you are in hell? Do you recognize your face in the mirror?

It takes some time for the body to adjust to a new med - usually you will feel the side effects before the positive effects. It requires some patience.

I know you have some medication intolerance and so I understand why this worries you, but talk to your doctor about whether starting at a smaller dose is possible.

I know what she means. I think it must be a type of psychosis. You literally cannot see a way forward other than your present condition. You lose interest, faith and enthusiasm. You feel dead, as if there is nothing to carry on for. And then you have strange experiences which seem to reinforce your view of yourself as being dead. In my case, two bizarre coincidences led to Poe’s ‘The Raven’, which I have never read before. (synchronicity is a real problem for me). And your subconscious can also remind you during sleep: any dreams with dead or dying birds in them suggest the death of one’s dreams and ambitions and possibly one’s own figurative death.

Nanny, time does not heal. It is a ridiculous statement. We learn to try to forget traumatic events in our lives, but they are always there waiting to resurface when we least expect it. We are never ‘healed’ of them.

Best wishes,
