Yeah drugs and mental illness don’t mix so well.

Good idea then Dont go to niteclubs.

There was a time when I found bars and clubs very appealing. Now drunk people make me nervous.

Was never into that scene. Loved live music but discos and nightclubs I never took too.

Ya I will go to a party outside or on the beach but I dont really feel like dealing with those jerks in the niightclube my friends use to drag me out to that stuff to find girls and the marines use to promote it that’s a big thing in the military going out on the town after work but now I realize how worthless and mean everyone in there is it stress me out

Yeah I never really integrated with the nightclub scene. I like to stay up late and have fun playing video games, but I avoid going out at night and to bars and such. Drunk people also make me nervous too.

I feel like niteclubs are not something that would appeal to most schizophrenics. Its probably a good thing.

Since covid 19 I haven’t been to the bar in so long I feel better like i dont have sz anymore my brain isnt all scrambled

I like the early morning the best. I went with my friend to Mcdonalds at night and hung out for a few hours, it was kind of boring, the group that met there ate a alot and chatted with each other.

Drugs alone are bad let alone with mental illness :joy:

I stopped nightclubs and bars long time ago, too many dumb ppl fighting over girls. There is drugs on top of that. I left all my bad friends who made fights there, too much trouble. One of my friends broke a bottle and glasses on the head of someone, the police and ambulance came. The guy was bleeding but I left my friends alone, went back home and never spoke to them again.

I would rather meet my love in university. I had many female friends, some were interested in me and had my phone number. Schizophrenia hit me at 20 y.o. and I stopped university :frowning:

Tell that to my 16 year old brother  he thinks drugs are neat and something fun to play around with.

I think a fair amount of teenagers go through that stage. Key is to make it passed that stage

He has serious mental illness (been hospitalized twice) and is at high risk of getting sucked in too deep. He just doesn’t get the risk. I hope he comes out the other side.

Yeah hope he figures out it’s just a trap
