I had grilled cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread. Also ate the corn and mushrooms leftovers from a meal two days ago.

I made gluten free fried catfish. The first breading didn’t taste good. It was store bought, so I’m not sure what it was that I didn’t like, but it was too grainy. So I threw together a quick batter and made some fried cheese sticks, too. Haha
