There is a new psychosis workbook coming out in November 2024. I’ll be getting a copy (I will get it from my library).

I put it in my calendar otherwise I’d never remember to get it. :blush:

I like the idea of finding meaning in your experiences. It looks like an interesting book.

I use a digital log book these days if things come up, then do some sort of symptoms profiling and contrasting.
