New job offer :)

I am offered a 10 month cartoon project. I start training on Monday but training is not paid so I kept my current job part time. When I start working and getting paid at the studio I will quit my current job. Wish me luck!

Whcih software is it? I’m trying to learn OpenToonz just as a hobby but it takes SO long to get an anim out if your’e not using keyframes and im not sure how to keyframe for more complex 3d drawings like turnarounds. Any advice?

I don’t think you can make a turnaround with 2D. I am going to work with Toon Boom

Oh, it’s definitely possible dude.

I didn’t think of drawing it lol
did you do this? It’s awesome

No way @VanGogh. Way beyond my ability. I’m basically still at the drawing stage of animation. I did do 1/4th spin with tweening mixed in but couldn’t stay focused. I’m trying to do stuff in ZBrush now.

Zbrush is an awesome software. You should show us what you did. To be honest I can’t focus either. I go for a smoke every hour. I started modeling a BMW on 3ds max, but it goes very slow

ZBrush is amazing but it’s not like box modeling or vertex adjustment in other 3D apps. You move surfaces, not vertices so it’s more like approximating the change. I’m try to learn by watching YT videos. Still at the base mesh stage. Last week, I did an elephant base mesh using primitive shapes(no Zspheres) and I tried more complex shape with a gun trigger.
