Okay then. I think it was L-lysine that made my tremors worse. Sarcosine didn’t do anything for me but it didn’t make me worse either. Some people have luck with it.

SSDI sends me a 1099 every year but they don’t take any taxes out of my check. I get a retirement check from the Marines every month and a disability payment from the VA. The retirement check I used to pay taxes on but since I am a 100% disabled vet they don’t anymore. I don’t even get a 1099 from them anymore. If I filed something with the IRS on the taxes I did pay I could get back like $25,000 but I used to work for the IRS and know how they operate. Not worth the hassle. VA payments have always been tax free.

No it wasn’t the l lysine that made my tremors worse it was this. I highly discourage it. I can’t spell it so here’s a link.

I’m actually trying this now for sleep. But I’m taking a low dose of 10mg daily. I read reviews that many people get nasty side effects from taking medium to high doses(I think this is usually dosed at 30-90mg daily), but 10mg daily seems to mostly have a good amount of favorable reviews.

Ya I think I took 50 mg but I don’t remember. That’s why my wife doesn’t like me on this site. I tried all those supplements that were recommended years ago and some of them made me worse and she noticed and asked me where I got the recommendation for all this stuff.

Yeah, adverse reactions can happen. Mostly to stronger supplements though like pregnenolone. It’s true we got to be careful when trying out something new. I’m glad you managed to identify what was causing you problems and stopped it.
