I see my new dr in 3 hours. I suppose I better go shower. I made a note to read to her. Was this a good idea? I worked very hard on it. It lists my current symptoms. I hope I can read it and I hope I can trust her. I hope she is ok and that she feels she can prescribe me the medications I need to be taking. 
I don’t feel like showering.
