Don’t know all the options. Think the £11.99 is for 4 members each with 4K

I don’t have 4k so it will still be 9.99 for me i think.

I’m about to drop Netflix for six months to a year because I’ve burned through the content I’m interested in. Switching my attention to Amazon Prime and Crave for the next while. Seriously considering Disney+.

I think Netflix is a steal at $16/month. They are creating more and more original content, but I can seeing getting rid of it if the content is not what you’re interested in. Depending on what you’re looking for, the other streaming services may also not be of interest, so preview them before signing up.

Even YouTube has started to censor content it deems “unfit.” They also de-moniterize channels they deem offensive. I see them charging a fee in the next few years.

Yes. I also see them starting to charge to host content in the next few years. No doubt Netflix is a value, but no point paying when there’s nothing left to watch. It also seems to have less good third party content these days as everyone is holding it back for their own streaming networks. This means you get a lot of weird dubbed crap showing up in your recommendations now.

Edit: That being said, The Sniffer is a shining example of good weird dubbed crap.

It was only like £7 a few years ago. They keep raising the price far too fast.

Have you watched Dirk Gently yet? I believe it’s on Netflix in Canada and it’s right up your alley

Yes. It needs 314 more seasons, at least.

It’s getting an animated series that’s being produced now.

Ooooh. That could be a plus. Our reward for getting the last box unpacked will be watching Good Omens on Amazon. Hope it lives up to the book.

It really does. They made a few changes, but I think all good things. Both those shows are my two favorite books.
