Time for some positivity. It’s easy to get caught up in the negative aspects of sz, but lets list some skills that we have. What are you good at or what were you good at in the past?
Here are some of mine.
Home electrical wiring work skills - I still have retained some of my skill at electrical work despite, until recently, not doing it much for a few years.
Programming - I used to be able to write programs in C and basic. This skill has largely faded in time and not using it.
Playing guitar - I have a long way to go but am making progress in skill at guitar
Making myself laugh - Is this a skill? I don’t know, but I often get a kick out of my own jokes despite others indifference to many. So if you aren’t laughing at them, you can all get bent. .
Typing skill - I type pretty darn good. Comes from taking a typing class in junior high and using it consistently throughout the course of my life.
Anyway, this is just a brief preview of my many many skills . I know you all could listen to me all day, but I think I’ll give others a chance to reply.

For the right person or being I think I can be good carer.
I was good at creative writing until I stopped around age 19.
I did well working at cafe during lunch rush as it didn’t stress me but instead I got a kick out of it.I could be passionate about the work sometimes working overtime without pay and going beyond.
I can do some electrical work, i can build porches and do some roofing, i can frame walls and doors and put in doors and do drywall, flooring. And i can do some woodworking and make wood signs, oh and i can do mechanical work when its needed. And build fences.
I worked as a panner at a chocolate factory for a few years. It’s a bit of an art. Takes a while to get the knack.
I was pretty good at playing basketball as a teenager. Played for my hometown and high school.
I would say im a good writer. I like to think that i have a very imaginative and creative mind. Which goes hand in hand with writing in some ways. My dream career would have to be being a renowned author of many great books. Something to leave on this earth before i die, you know.
That’s all i can think of, really. I haven’t developed many skills in my time.
