One time when I was in the army some of my friends and I were drinking beer and smoking weed. The scene where Dumbo is getting love from his mother while she was locked up came on the tv, and we were all sitting there sniffling because it was so tender and so sad. It was a little bit disconcerting because we all were in uniform. We laughed about it later.
How about Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer?
My daughter cried during Finding Nemo.
Seriously⌠anyone?
Brings me to tears within the first 30 seconds of the song.
The beginning of the Muppet movie? lol
requiem for a dream
This is embarrassing and weird, but for a while I used to cry watching Stuart Little.
And Curious George.
Practically any cartoon or kids show.
But it went away as I stabilized.
I asked my sis if it was weird and she said no. She said almost every time she takes her 3 boys to a movie, she sees other parents crying during certain parts of the movies they watch.
Probably the most depressing movie Iâve ever seen.
Not many. But Disneyâs Coco will get me when I am alone. Actually that is the only one.
Disneyâs Up.
The scene contains some minor spoilers.
The movie that has generally made me cry is The Prince of Tides. Was a book that was adapted into a movie. Some great acting, and worthwhile a watch.
IDK. Either âDeep Throatâ or âBehind the Green Door.â Iâm a connoisseur of the classics.
Both sound like sequels to p0rno flicks that could make you cry.
Ha, both are original, not sequels. âDeep Throatâ came out in the seventies and is the highest grossing porno flick ever. I saw it when I was 19, it was the first adult film I ever saw. âBehind the Green Doorâ is a classic in itâs own right. It starred Marylin Chambers who before she became a porn star was the âIvory soapâ girl. Her face was on the package of every bar of Ivory soap for awhile.
I cry like a baby just remembering when I saw those in 1980.
Incidentally, a year later I became schizophrenic. Go figure.
Lord of the Rings Return of the King. The end when Aragorn is crowned king gets me every time.
The Lovely Bones
August Rush
Awakenings
âOnly the clouds move the starsâ
Itâs about a young girl dealing with the grief of losing her younger brother, where her mother stops talking all together and the girl doubts her mother even loves her anymore.
There are some really heartbreaking scenes, and especially one where she tries to hold it together at school but just breaks down crying.
Unfortunately I canât find the movie anywhere.
Awakenings is a great film. Itâs been a while since Iâve seen it.
As an adult I cried during the movie The Boy in the Striped Pajamas. I canât think of any others, I donât cry very easily.
