I didn’t know him very well because he didn’t like to socialize but he was the husband of the sister of my mother.
They gave him a month but one day after he went home from hospital he died. It was his last wish to die at home. He got it. I think once he was at home with my aunt he was in the right space to let go.
May he Rest In Peace. They knew each other 50 years.
Sorry for your loss. Was it cancer? My uncle died of pancreatic cancer at age 35, the same year he got married.

He was 67 and died of liver failure. He drank a lot of alcohol so I think that had something to do with it.

I had an uncle die from schizophrenia. He committed suicide in a mental hospital. My mom told me he thought he was talking to God. I decided to not do that then.
