I think my hernia triggered some ptsd feelings because last time I got a hernia it was a terrible experience.

It’s an umbilical hernia. Intensive outpatient program.
Sounds painful. I know pain is a huge trigger for me. I just can’t keep it together when I’m in pain, I have no pain tolerance whatsoever. I hope the iop helps you keep your head on straight since you’re going through so much change right now. All I can say is remember to breathe and be a good friend to yourself right now.

Im sorry u have a hernia that sux man !
Whilst i have never had one my cat has and it was terrible, she needed op to fix it !
