My reply button isn’t working

When I push the button to reply to a specific user it allows me to post but it doesn’t show that I replied to that user.

This happens to me a lot. It makes it hard to see who’s talking to who.

Edit: it just happened again.

It doesn’t show as a reply if you reply to the last user who posted before your reply
