The best advice i was given for picking a puppy is take the one that comes to you. That shows they are likely affectionate not nervous etc.

I agree with @anon84461028 take the one that comes to you. I always get my cats from the shelter, and I always choose the one that comes to the front of the cage when I walk in, and I’ve never been disappointed

There are three black females I’ll have to use that theory when I meet them. Won’t get to meet them till 5 weeks old
