My prolactin is moderately high and im only on 5mg of olanzapine and 10mg of flouxetine

What did they do when your prolactin was high? I also have hypothyroidism which is undercontrol now so that isnt an issue. Im very worried about it being like this becouse of the risk of osteoporosis. I dont know what they are going to do. Im on low doses for both drugs.

I know they can take you off olanzapine and flouxetine but im extremely worried about this due to the severe side affects of rebound psychosis and severe insomnia. They can also prescribe dopamine agonists but im also worried about this because i have no idea how this will affect me

I think the go to thing would be to add a tiny dose of aripiprazole. Ask your doctor about it, there’s some research on it.

Yeah but i reacted badly to aripriprazole tbh
